Return Policy

For International Orders
All sales are final, there is no refund, return or exchange policy for International orders due to different custom rules. To bring back the sent order requires lot of declaration and paper work.

For Domestic Orders
Return/ Exchange is only applicable in case the product is received in a damaged condition or if a product is missing. Our Refund/Exchange Policy Only lasts upto 3 days from receiving the product. To initiate your return/ exchange please send a

us an email with your order no and detail of the product purchased. Your Complaint will only be addressed if the product is unused and damaged from our end while in transit. Please make sure to take pictures and a thorough video of unboxing the product from start for the confirmation of Damaged product while in transit. The same shall be shared us via email at support@mystiqhouse.com.

 To be eligible for Return/ Exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Any other reason not due to error from our end will not be liable for Return/ Exchange.

To return/exchange your product, you must ship the product to our office at your own cost.  Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded after deducting the shipping charges and payment gateway charges. The same would apply for a store credit too.

Order once placed cannot be cancelled. So please review the product carefully before placing an order.

Once the return item is approved- For prepaid orders your refund will be processed and a store credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment like credit card, upi, wallets etc, within 7-10 working days after the product is returned and approved. 

Product sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For COD orders, we offer refund in form of Store credit only.

Once the product is approved for exchange- we only replace items if they are defective/ damaged.

once the product is approved for exchange we will ship the product within 3-5 working days.

Exchange is applicable subject to availability.

In case of un availability of the same product a credit note will be provided for the same which will be valid for a period of 6 months.

Order Shows delivered but you haven’t received it-If you get a message from our third party shipping company that the order is delivered but you still haven’t received the order, immediately notify us via email within 24 hrs and we will resolve the issue. If you are unable to reach out to us within the said time for any reason, we will not be responsible for resolving the issue and for your package being lost.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on BODH GEM AND CRYSTALS website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, due to these crystals being raw and natural, their shapes and sizes are subject to slightly vary accordingly. Please note, we are not held responsible for a return on the product if its slight shape, size or colour vary.
