How long does it take to deliver my order?

Our Courier partners typically deliver orders to Metro Cities within 2-3 days after the order is picked up. For non metros, our courier partners typically take 2-7 working days to deliver the product from the date of dispatch. The date of Dispatch is usually 2-3 working days. Our courier partner will take 2-3 attempts to reach you to fulfil the delivery. Should you be unavailable to receive the order despite multiple attempts, your order will be returned to us & the money will be refunded, minus the payment gateway, shipping charges & any taxes we may have incurred.

How will the products be packed?

All our products are packaged with great care using bubble wrap. It is then packed in Corrugated box and poly bag depending upon the size of the shipment.

We use Brand specific hard boxes as per you crystal choice.

We ensure that products are delivered securely without any damage. 

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, you can track your shipment. All our shipments are sent via reputed courier partners. As soon as the product is dispatched from our office, you shall receive an email with the Tracking ID and instructions to guide you.
